Cindy Avila is a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s degree and is certified as a National Certified Counselor. She understands that fear, sadness, and anger are normal responses to unexpected and challenging experiences in life. Often, these shifts in emotions can stem from disruptions in daily routines, conflicts with loved ones, or feelings of dissatisfaction with one's current circumstances. Cindy believes that it is beneficial to talk through these feelings. She facilitates talk therapy sessions that allow individuals to articulate and organize their thoughts, empowering them to make informed decisions. Through her guidance, clients can explore their most challenging relationships and discover ways to improve them or how to move forward after unexpected life changes. Letting go and moving on can be daunting, especially if faced alone. Currently, Cindy provides telehealth sessions, allowing for convenient video chats, where she is available to discuss clients' needs and experiences.
