MOVE! Weight Management Program in Waterford, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and to connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their personal goals. We offer a variety of programs including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer to manage their weight independently, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require further assistance after engaging with our program.
