OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Waterbury, CT, who are bravely battling ovarian cancer. We understand the unique challenges faced by these resilient individuals, which is why we offer essential financial assistance to ensure they can focus on their health without the burden of financial stress. Our program provides a comprehensive package that includes a $200 financial grant, along with $100 gas and grocery cards to help with daily necessities. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed professionals to provide emotional support, as well as genetic counseling through qualified genetic counselors. We encourage healthcare providers including physicians, nurses, and social workers to send applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed in the order received, contingent upon available funding.
