Our welcoming facility offers congregate meals to nourish our community, along with a Mobile Foodshare program that operates on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, ensuring that seniors have access to essential food assistance. We also provide engaging recreational and social events that foster connection, along with valuable health screenings and medication management to support overall well-being. Staying active is important, and our exercise classes are designed to promote a healthy lifestyle. For just $20 for an individual or $30 for a couple, Hartford residents can join the NorthEnd Senior Center, while non-residents can participate for $30 or $45, respectively.
