Cara Buciak is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is fully trained in EMDR, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma. She provides individual therapeutic treatment to adults facing personal challenges that affect their relationships, self-efficacy, and daily functioning. Cara's approach is collaborative, integrative, and strength-based, drawing from a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and psychodynamic therapy.
