Patricia Dupree-Bautista, MA, LCSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Apparent Health & Wellness, LLC. She adopts a holistic approach, addressing the Mind, Body, and Spirit to guide women through their unique journeys into motherhood. With a multi-modal clinical strategy, Patricia creates group settings that foster awareness of PMADs, while also promoting safe prenatal exercise and mindfulness-based meditation. Having personally navigated the challenges of Postpartum Depression after the birth of her first child, Patricia understands the feelings of isolation and fear that can accompany this journey. She emphasizes that experiencing PMADs does not define a woman as a 'bad mother.'
