The Wellness Resource Center in Plainville, CT, a part of the Human Resources Agency of New Britain, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals living with HIV/AIDS by offering essential and compassionate support services. Our mission is to improve both emotional and physical health for those affected by HIV, providing vital services such as Ryan White case management, medical and mental health referrals, nutritious meals, nutritional counseling, medication adherence assistance from registered nurses, and substance abuse support. We also offer a welcoming drop-in center where individuals can find community and companionship. All services are available free of charge to income-eligible residents in the greater New Britain and Bristol areas, and we strictly uphold confidentiality to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
