Located in Plainville, CT, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women bravely facing ovarian cancer. We offer essential financial assistance tailored for those in need, including a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate some of the burdens during treatment. In addition to tangible support, our program provides psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone, ensuring comprehensive care for our resilient clients. We invite healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are reviewed in the order received, with grant availability dependent on funding resources.
