Erin Oleskey, LCSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist who believes that psychotherapy provides a unique opportunity for individuals and couples to explore and reflect on the emotions, behaviors, thoughts, and experiences that contribute to their struggles. Central to Erin's therapeutic philosophy is the belief that what one is experiencing in the present moment is valid and that change is always possible. With over 18 years of experience in private practice since 2005, she has also contributed her expertise to Yale Health from 2003 to 2013, offering individual, couples, and group therapy to Yale students and their spouses, as well as working in various community mental health clinics and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.
