Homeless Outreach, located in New Canaan, CT, is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing homelessness with compassionate and practical assistance during their housing crises. Our program addresses urgent needs through comprehensive services, including emergency food assistance via meals from our local soup kitchen, clothing distribution, and transportation help. In addition to providing shelter through our overnight services and the Shelter from the Cold initiative, we are committed to ensuring that every person we serve has access to the basic necessities required to regain stability and dignity in their lives.
