The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Jewett City, CT, is dedicated to supporting U.S. based patients diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing crucial financial assistance for their travel needs. Each eligible patient can receive up to $800 annually to cover expenses related to visits to PNH specialists or for obtaining second opinions. Our assistance can be used for a variety of travel-related costs including airfare, train tickets, ground transportation like bus fare or rental cars, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits not covered by insurance. We believe that every patient should have access to the care they need, which is why our program also allows grantees to bring a companion along for support during their travels, ensuring they never have to face this journey alone.
