OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in East Hampton, CT, who are bravely facing ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with treatment by providing essential assistance tailored specifically for those in need. Each eligible patient receives a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, along with access to psycho-social counseling by a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone. We encourage healthcare providers—physicians, nurses, and social workers—to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Applications are processed in the order they are received, subject to available funding, as we strive to celebrate the strength and resilience of ovarian cancer patients during their challenging journey.
