Located in Danielson, CT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission includes offering crucial items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to low-income individuals in need. We understand the challenges faced by those with swallowing disorders and aim to deliver compassionate, practical help to improve their quality of life. Our program is designed to ensure that no one has to navigate dysphagia alone, and we invite eligible individuals to reach out and access these vital services.
