MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Clinton, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to proactively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored support to meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of evidence-based care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer independence, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight effectively on their own. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require additional assistance.
