Health Collective East, located in Burlington, CT, is dedicated to providing compassionate medical care, support groups, and vital health education to the LGBTQ+ community and beyond. Our services are inclusive, supporting individuals of all ages, gender identities, and backgrounds, with a special focus on those living with HIV/AIDS. We offer a variety of essential services, including medical case management, a food pantry to alleviate food insecurity, medication adherence support, and unique programs like AID-a-Pet, which helps clients care for their pets.
