Located in Bristol, CT, our program provides up to $800 in assistance per patient, per year, ensuring access to essential medical guidance and second opinions. Funds may be utilized for a variety of travel-related expenses, including airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and medical co-pays for necessary visits and tests. We understand the importance of having a support system, so grantees are welcome to travel with one companion using the provided funds.
