MOVE! Weight Management Program based in Branford, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, ensuring access to tailored weight management options. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who face persistent challenges with weight-related issues.
