Abby Randall

Abby Randall is a dedicated therapist who is passionate about fostering a safe, healing, and empowering environment for individuals grappling with the challenging repercussions of trauma, exploitation, and abuse. Her clients may face a range of experiences including depression, anxiety, dissociation, substance abuse, relational conflict, grief, self-harm, suicidal ideation, disordered eating, and low self-esteem, among others. Recognizing that every story is unique, Abby works compassionately and collaboratively to identify the specific needs and goals of her clients in therapy. She specializes in supporting individuals who are in and coming out of the sex industry, as well as survivors of childhood and adult sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, domestic violence, ritual abuse, and other forms of trauma. Abby's counseling approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, creative, collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic. Throughout the therapy journey, she holds each client's story with kindness, gentleness, and respect, always striving to empower them with support, skills, and tools needed to build a life that feels worth living. Abby considers it an honor to accompany individuals on their paths toward recovery, healing, growth, and freedom.
