Home Delivered Meals

Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the Vail, CO community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritious and medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the health needs of clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals cater to a variety of medical requirements, including conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We serve clients through various eligibility programs; those receiving Medicaid or assistance under the Older Americans Act can check with their Case Manager regarding meal delivery benefits. Individuals on Medicare Advantage plans may also explore meal options as part of their healthcare support programs. Additionally, for those without eligible health plans, our self-pay option offers a convenient solution at an affordable price of $7.75 per meal, allowing you the flexibility to choose every meal and delivery. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the nutrition they need for a healthier life.
