MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Usaf Academy, CO, is dedicated to empowering Veterans on their journey to better health and effective weight management. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of Veterans by annually screening all who receive care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management services. Participants can choose from diverse support options, including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing weight-related challenges after engaging with MOVE!.
