Cancer Transitions

Located in UsaF Academy, Colorado, Cancer Transitions offers a compassionate and evidence-based program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed treatment. Tailored for individuals who finished their treatment within the last 24 months, our program also welcomes those who are further along in their survivorship journey. We provide essential resources including nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management, all aimed at empowering survivors to thrive in their post-treatment life. Our mission is to promote a holistic approach to recovery and foster a supportive community for those navigating the challenges of cancer survivorship.
