Food Bank

Located in Trinidad, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia by providing essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to vital assistance, enabling them to maintain dignity and health through practical solutions tailored to their unique dietary needs.
