Food Bank

Located in Trinidad, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals facing swallowing difficulties by offering critical resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the urgent needs of our community and are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to the necessary support and nutrition.
