We provide nutritious, carefully planned meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet specific dietary needs for clients with various medical conditions—including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure—while accommodating dietary restrictions like dairy, gluten, and pork intolerance. Our meals are available to individuals covered by Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and those eligible under the Older Americans Act, as well as offering an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal for those who seek the convenience of home delivery.
