Everyday Eats (CSFP)- 60+ Individuals ONLY

Everyday Eats, operating under the federal Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income seniors aged 60 and over in Salida, CO. Our program provides eligible individuals with a monthly food box filled with nutritious, non-perishable essentials including protein, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese, alongside valuable nutrition education and recipes. We partner with various agencies to ensure efficient outreach and distribution across multiple counties, including Denver, Arapahoe, and Jefferson, among others, so no senior goes hungry. We also offer homebound delivery services in specific areas, ensuring that those who cannot visit our distribution sites still have access to these vital resources. To qualify, seniors must meet certain income requirements and be residents of Colorado, allowing them to receive the support they deserve for a healthier lifestyle.
