Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being in Rocky Ford, CO, by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals designed specifically for individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, developed by a Registered Dietitian, cater to a variety of unique nutritional needs, including for conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. With options free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, we strive to deliver nutritious meals that support our clients' health. For those eligible under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, we ensure seamless access to meal delivery, while individuals seeking self-pay options can enjoy personalized meal choices for just $7.75 per meal. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
