Located in Peyton, CO, Tri-Lakes Cares is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals and families in need. Our mission revolves around offering immediate and impactful assistance through financial aid for rent, utilities, transportation, and medical costs, as well as emergency food provisions and eviction prevention services. We believe in empowering our community, which is why we also offer self-sufficiency programs such as Getting Ahead, Budget Counseling, and Cooking Matters to help clients achieve long-term stability. Additionally, we run seasonal initiatives to help reduce the burden of school supplies and holiday provisions for both children and seniors. If we are unable to meet a specific need, we are committed to connecting individuals with other community resources for further assistance.
