MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Parachute, CO, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our primary mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and to connect them with tailored weight management options. We believe in empowering Veterans by offering a variety of care choices, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with medical options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges after engaging with MOVE! We invite all interested Veterans to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to embark on their weight loss journey with us, committed to their unique needs and preferences.
