Home Delivered Meals

Located in Parachute, CO, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program, providing nutritious and medically tailored meals to clients eligible for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to a variety of health needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We understand that nutritional support is crucial, which is why we offer services for Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, assisting with the application process through Case Managers or local agencies. For those on Medicare Advantage, we help identify meal benefits as part of support programs available to them. Additionally, we provide a self-pay option for those not qualifying for government assistance, ensuring everyone has access to healthy meals at an affordable price of $7.75 each. N4L also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your health journey.
