The Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank, located in Palisade, CO, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, which is why we offer a wide range of vital services including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the nutritional support they need to thrive, while fostering an environment of care and empowerment for our community members.
