Everyday Eats (CSFP)- 60+ Individuals ONLY

Everyday Eats is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income seniors aged 60 and older in Palisade, CO, through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). This essential program provides eligible individuals with a monthly food box filled with nutritious staples, including non-perishable proteins, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese. In addition, we enrich our offerings with valuable nutrition education and easy-to-follow recipes. To ensure that no senior goes hungry, we collaborate with various partner agencies across a wide service area, ensuring seamless outreach, certification, and distribution of these vital grocery boxes. For homebound seniors, we also provide delivery services in Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, and Denver counties. We welcome seniors from a multitude of surrounding counties, and to qualify, individuals must meet specific income guidelines. Our mission is clear: to provide compassionate food assistance that nourishes our older adults in their time of need.
