Located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide medically tailored meals to eligible clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, meticulously crafted by a Registered Dietitian, are designed to meet the specific nutritional requirements for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while accommodating dietary restrictions by being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who may not qualify for government support, we also offer a self-pay option that allows clients to select their meals for just $7.75 each, making healthy dining accessible for everyone.
