Della Wilson

Della Wilson, a licensed professional counselor with credentials in MA, MFT, NCC, and LPC, understands that everyone faces challenging and overwhelming times in their lives. Many may find themselves unhappy with their current circumstances, grappling with stress, grief, unresolved trauma, and other personal issues. Della holds a strong belief that it is not what is inherently wrong with individuals, but rather, what has happened to them that creates these struggles. She utilizes an eclectic and integrated approach to therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where transformation can begin. Specializing in trauma resolution, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship issues, her therapeutic methods are grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Della's experience spans working with military personnel and their families, survivors of rape and sex trafficking, as well as abused women and children, and individuals facing brain health challenges such as dementia. No matter where one is on their personal journey, Della strives to provide a trusted and nonjudgmental space where her clients can feel heard and supported.
