Home Delivered Meals

At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Montrose, CO, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our clients through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritionally balanced and Medically Tailored Meals specifically designed by a Registered Dietitian to address the needs of individuals with various health conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals, free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, are available to those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, or the Older Americans Act, as well as through a self-pay option for individuals who prefer the convenience of home delivery at an affordable price of $7.75 per meal. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food, and we assist clients in navigating their eligibility for meal delivery, whether through a Case Manager or local resources. In addition to our meal services, we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping our clients live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
