Food Bank

Located in Montrose, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. Our mission is to support low-income individuals by offering access to specially prepared pre-modified foods, thickeners, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the unique challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, and we are committed to ensuring that no one goes without the necessary resources to maintain their nutrition and well-being.
