Located in Monte Vista, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals affected by dysphagia by providing essential resources that enhance their quality of life. We offer vital food assistance through specialized products such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, ensuring that all individuals have access to the nutrition and care they need.
