Located in Milliken, CO, HIV Support Services, a part of the Colorado Health Network, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV by offering comprehensive, compassionate support tailored to meet their unique needs. Our team of experienced Case Managers collaborates closely with clients to ensure access to crucial resources including housing assistance, nutritious food options, medical transportation, and emergency financial aid for essential bills. We also provide budgeting support and supplies like Naloxone to help maintain health and safety. Enrollment is straightforward; simply provide proof of diagnosis to a case manager, either in-person or via fax. Our services, funded through the Ryan White Program, are offered at no cost, demonstrating our commitment to fostering a supportive environment for those navigating the challenges of HIV.
