Keiran Bissell (they/them) is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, specializing in supporting individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, panic, grief, shame, loneliness, trauma, and various emotional challenges. They also have a strong focus on working with marginalized identities, including diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. Keiran recognizes that intelligent individuals often rely on their minds to navigate struggles; however, they emphasize the importance of addressing the embodied experience of difficult emotions. Their therapeutic approach incorporates mindfulness, body awareness, somatic techniques, and an attachment theory perspective. Through this holistic method, clients can explore not only the logical understanding of their struggles but also the profound connection between their mind and body.
