Located in Longmont, CO, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to promoting health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program. We offer medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian to meet the nutritional needs of clients with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are accessible to eligible individuals under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, ensuring that those who qualify can receive nutritious meals at no cost. For those who aren't covered by these programs, we also provide an affordable self-pay option at $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to choose every meal and delivery for their convenience. At N4L, we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support your health journey, making sure that everyone in our community has access to quality nutrition and care.
