Located in Lone Tree, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that those with swallowing disorders have access to the necessary items that promote better health and quality of life. Through our targeted food assistance program, we strive to empower those we serve with practical solutions and compassionate support to meet their unique dietary needs.
