MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Leadville, CO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities receives annual screenings for obesity and is provided with tailored referrals to effective weight management services. We offer a variety of accessible options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for personalized in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not found success with standard programs.
