Home Delivered Meals

Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly serves the Leadville, CO community by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our compassionate program is designed to cater to the nutritional needs of clients with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Each meal is carefully curated by a Registered Dietitian to ensure optimal health and well-being, with options free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible, we work alongside Case Managers to ensure access to these vital meals. We also welcome self-pay individuals, offering affordable meal deliveries for just $7.75 each, ensuring everyone can receive nutritious food at home. Additionally, Nutrition for Longevity provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping clients on their journey to better health.
