HIV Support Services in Las Animas, CO, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV through a range of compassionate and comprehensive support services. Our devoted case managers guide clients every step of the way, ensuring access to essential resources tailored to individual needs, including short and long-term housing assistance, nutritious food access, medical transportation, and emergency financial support for utilities and phone bills. We also offer budgeting assistance and Naloxone distribution to promote safety and well-being. The program is provided at no cost through the Ryan White Program, and to begin receiving support, individuals need to supply proof of diagnosis to their case manager either in person or via fax. We are here to provide the care and connection you need to navigate the challenges of living with HIV.
