Family Tree Homelessness Program

Located in Larkspur, CO, the Family Tree Homelessness Program is dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and families facing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Our mission is to foster stability and self-sufficiency through a range of critical support services and affordable housing initiatives. We provide essential financial assistance for rent, deposits, and utilities, alongside home-based case management that connects clients with vital community resources. Our program includes a 24/7 hotline for problem-solving, emergency food supplies, hygiene products, and even 911 cell phones for immediate needs. We empower our clients through goal setting and planning to break down barriers to self-sufficiency, while also offering assistance with employment and educational opportunities. When harsh weather strikes, we ensure access to severe weather shelters, firmly believing in the dignity and potential of every person we serve.
