We serve individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, while also providing a self-pay option for those who wish to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered meals at an affordable price of $7.75 per meal. For comprehensive support, we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling.
