Everyday Eats (CSFP)- 60+ Individuals ONLY

Everyday Eats, part of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income individuals aged 60 and over in Lamar, CO. We provide eligible seniors with a monthly food box filled with essential nutritious items such as non-perishable protein, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and cheese, along with helpful nutrition education and recipes. Our mission is to ensure that no older adult goes hungry by distributing these food boxes at various sites and collaborating with partner agencies for effective outreach and certification. Homebound delivery services are available in select counties, making it easier for seniors to access vital food assistance. To participate, seniors must meet certain income guidelines and reside in Colorado.
