Sense of Security

Based in Ignacio, CO, Sense of Security is dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients throughout their treatment by offering crucial financial assistance. Our program provides up to $500 a month for a maximum of six months, alleviating the burden of non-medical expenses such as housing, utilities, groceries, transportation, and insurance premiums. We understand the challenges that accompany a cancer diagnosis, and we aim to ensure that patients can focus on their health and recovery without the added stress of financial strain. By funding essential expenses like mortgage or rent, medical insurance premiums, transportation costs, childcare, and groceries, we enable patients to maintain their quality of life during this difficult journey.
