Located in Ignacio, CO, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritious, Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific dietary needs of clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals cater to various medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, and are free from allergens such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who do not qualify for government assistance, we also offer an accessible self-pay program at just $7.75 per meal, ensuring that everyone can benefit from our services. We strive to be a reliable source of food assistance, allowing individuals and their caregivers to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered meals that support health and nutrition.
