Everyday Eats, a vital part of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income individuals aged 60 and above in Ignacio, CO. Our program offers monthly food assistance to eligible seniors, providing nutritious food boxes that include non-perishable proteins, milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese, alongside nutrition education and delicious recipes. To ensure older adults have access to these essential resources, we collaborate with various partner agencies for outreach and distribution, making sure no senior goes hungry. We serve a wide range of counties including Jefferson, Arapahoe, Douglas, Denver, and many more across Colorado, with homebound delivery options available in select areas. To qualify, individuals must meet age and income requirements, ensuring that support reaches those who need it most. We invite seniors to discover the nourishment they deserve through our accessible food pantry services and monthly grocery distributions.
