Located in Gypsum, CO, HIV Support Services, part of the Colorado Health Network, is dedicated to offering a range of vital services to individuals living with HIV. Our compassionate Case Managers are here to guide you through each step of your journey, ensuring that you access the necessary resources for your health and well-being, all at no cost through the Ryan White Program. We provide comprehensive case management, assistance with securing both short and long-term housing, access to nutritious food, medical transportation, and emergency financial support for utilities and phone bills. Additionally, we offer budgeting assistance and naloxone, along with help in obtaining vital documents. To begin receiving support, simply contact a case manager with proof of your HIV diagnosis. We're here to empower you and help you navigate the challenges you face with understanding and care.
